On March 31st I am going to Edmonton for a visit :) My best friend Bonnie is buying me a ticket to visit her for a whole week. I am so excited and this could not come at a better time. I have the bestest friend in the whole world :):)

As most of you know we had a huge wicked storm here. And today we finally got our power back on at 10 this morning :):) WOOT!!! But for those of you that don't know, 4 days ago we had a huge storm come through mid island and it was such a crazy windy/rainy storm that trees were being blown over everywhere. It was so intense that the wind cracked telephone poles and the part with the transformers were knocked right off. I have never seen a storm like this anywhere. But it is over and done with now and we are suppose to get more stormy weather this weekend but I see no signs of it yet.
But we are safe and the family is safe and our house is safe, which are the most important things anyways :)

Here is Zoe with her broken leg... actually it was a teenie crack in her knee. I kicked her off my bed while I was waking up... Poor little thing :(

I think this was our first winter here at the Island and we had such a dump of snow. One evening though it was quite nice out so Mom and Dad, Reagan, Zoe and I went for a walk. Those are clumps of snowballs stuck in her fur.

I Love Being Married! There isn't a single thing that I don't like about it. I am having such a blast. I love that we can be goofy around each other, and also that we are both goofy so if you want to laugh at one of us then chances are you will be laughing at both of us :)

I love our little family, except that sometimes I want to choke Zoe >:(

I like our vacations and time alone... I LOVE OUR CAR!!!

And I love that there are no hard feelings... at the end of the day we snuggle in bed :)

So hey, guess what??? This guy from my work went missing awhile ago and ended up in the hospital all beat up. Kinda crazy, I told Melanie about it and she said "Makes you wonder what he was into" But the fact is that this guy is so nice and so friendly that he isn't into anything. I found out what really happened today::: He was driving on the hi-way and you know that Reststop near nanoose on the right side of the road??? He had stopped there to use the washroom and these 2 guys jumped him, beat him up, stole his car, wallet, and jewelry and held him for 2 days. Isn't that the most insane thing you have ever heard. I coulnd't believe it when I heard this today. So unreal that this would happen to (most likely) the nicest man I work with. It just blew me away. Thank the Lord he made it out ok.
So a word to the wise, you have to pee??? go to the gas station.

So I might just hate my job... Its not fun like I thought... Today I had a shift at 6 in the morning. I like to sleep and I don't like getting up at 4:30 and going to work to count STICKERS!!! I HATE STICKERS!!!! There are so many stickers... I looked through an hour worth of stickers. We had to make sure that all the codes on the stickers were actually under the right code. I get 2 more shifts like this. I hope that they are not going to make me a permanent 6 AM girl....That would be crazy.
I guess it has to be done.. but why me??? :(

As most of you know we went camping this past week to Radium Hot Springs. What some of you might not know is that my grandparents would take me to the hot springs every summer since a was a teeny girl. I learned to swim at Miette.
I thought how great it would be to start making some new memories of this new path I call life. I was a bit wrong and here is why.
We met some of my family in Radium and we had an awesome time but after they left to go home it was just me and Reagan. Everywhere we went I was reminded of all the memories I had that weekend and all of the times growing up with my grandparents. My grandpa is dead now which made it ten times harder to enjoy these new memories I was trying to make. This is the reason for my title of this post:
I look around at how much has changed, who is around and who isn't. It makes me so sad that time is moving by so fast it seems. We only get one chance with those that we love or even don't like and if I could go back and change some of the choices i made I would.
Memories are a tricky thing if you ask me. You want to create so many good memories. But when people are not around anymore you are reminded of those good times and how things used to be. People are changing and sometimes life didn't turn out the way you thought it would. (I am having a hard time putting my feelings to words tonight so I will just let you get on to my new memories)

Now that is what I want to see! The oilers have kicked Detriot right out of there nice little spot in the play-offs and are being sent home.. Isn't that sad :)
I took the puppies to the Vet yesterday and they did ok. Then they spent the whole day ay Grandma Mitzie's house where they peed and crapped ALL DAY LONG :( This weekend they should all be gone. Although I am sad I am also really excited!

I know that I haven't posted in awhile. I would like to post some new pictures of the puppies and of my birthday weekend but I still don't have a good photoshop program.
I made an appointment for the puppies to get their first shots on Monday and then after that they get to go to new homes. I am kinda sad about this but at the same time kinda relieved. This is a lot of work and my house REAKS! When they are gone it will be just me, Zoe, and little baby Meeka. I am going to take them to the beach and to Grandma Mitzie's house. I wonder if Zoe will look for Pix and Pedro???
It also seems like everyone is having a baby. It makes me really, really want to have a baby too. Although I know that I don't want one just yet and that there is no way we could afford a new puppy, 2 new cars AND a baby...
I also want to get a job. I KNOW! Sounds crazy, but I'd really like to work at PetSmart, but Naniamo is so far to drive. I am not sure about that yet seeings how I don't even have a car right now anyways.
And I entered a Home Hardware Backyard Make-over contest. We really need it, we don't even have a fence. I am doubtful that we'll win but it would be so cool! Cross your fingers XX

She did excelent during the labour and the puppies and mom are doing well right now and very healthy. I am not sure what else I can tell everyone right now. OH! I just found out today that my old friend Reg Gillard passed away... Him and his wife, Shirley, always came into QF and had coffee. Once I got to know him he became the kindest old man I've met in a long time. They are both very dear to my heart and this news is so terrible. He died of cancer and I didn't even get to say good-bye to my dear old friend. Rest in Peace Reg, you'll be missed.

This morning it was really windy... REALLY windy. And because we live at the base of the mountain it is really really loud. That is why I am awake at 7:30 in the morning.
Anyways we have been getting Zoe to sleep in the kitchen because the puppies will be arriving soon and I want her to get used to the kitchen as being her night-time place. Well I thought that the wind might be scaring her or making her nervous so I went and got her at 7 and brought her into bed... (Reagan doesn't like her in the bed so I had to hide her for a little) and I felt the babies moving!!!! It has to have been the puppies because there was so many bumps moving around in different places! I'm sure that I will have puppies by the end of the week :) Zoe is not acting any differently except for the fact that she is extra needy and pushes her head under you arm, or your hand, or puts her little head on your leg, or a paw.... It is really cute I think, Reagan just finds it annoying... LOL He's weird. But I will keep everyone posted on how Zoe is doing! Wish her luck!!!!

Alright, Here she is... MS. PREGGY! For sure she must be. She is getting fatter and heavier. AND she has started this new thing as of yesterday... PEEING ON THE FLOOR!!!!! This is going to drive me nuts. She is almost 2 years old... SHE SHOULD NOT BE PEEING ON THE CARPET!!!!

I also found this picture... I don't look too bad in it. It is at least better then those pictures that Reagan has on his blog... you can't even see my boobs! (That is for Mellie) This was at Grandma Braun's 75th Birthday at Aunt Margarets house on the hi-way.

Also I recieved an email from my good friend Heather Garrett, who I haven't seen in forever, and she is coming to the Island in May to visit. I am very excited about this... Almost more then the arrival of puppies ;)

( I hate this stupid picture thing. Why can't it just be 'put the picture wherever the cursor is'??? How annoying! And when you go to look at the preview it looks NOTHING like what is supose to appear on your blog.. Why have it then? What is the point of that??? Also I went to go cancel my insurance and the woman says "You need your plates." I didn't have them. I went to go get my new SIN card, the lady says "You need your birth certificate." I didn't have that either! I don't understand the point of that dumb thing. I could steal anyones birth certificate and say I'm them and the government wouldn't have any idea that I wasn't that person. I had my marriage certifacte with me! It is the exact same dang thing! It has everything on that my birth certifacte does. How retarded. I think that I need a diaper bag to carry all this crap in so that when someone says they need "this" I'll have the feaking thing!!!! ARGH!!!!!!! This is my brackets of frustartion) also the spell check isn't working for an odd reason.... oh wait, it is the dumb firwall pop up thing... OH CRAP I HATE COMPUTERS!!!

Holy girls! Sorry about not posting but I was waiting for the internet to be at home, so now that we have it I will blog lots more. I don't understand this tag thing, it seems like most people have the same 4 things. Is that a rule or can it be an 4 thing I want? I am not going to post them till someone helps me!
Anyways, I am sick... a major head cold. I called my mom today and she told me that that is how she found out she was pregnant! Went to the doctors and he said 'Congatulations! You're going to have a baby!' Well this chicky here is NOT going to the doctors, Reagan would freak out! LOL
What else... the game??? Yes Carrie it is the same game that Reagan and Inge talk about all the time :( You probably think I am a loser! :) But I am not:) Also I am reading the wheel of time books and I am almost 1/2 way throught the first book. It is so GOOD! I recomend everyone to read them.
I am not too sure about Zoe... her tummy is lacking in the size I want to see it :( Maybe therer is just one puppy in there? I hope at least 2... This is so stressful!
I am not sure what else to post... I would put up some funnie pictures of our trip to Edmonton during Christmas but the batteries on the camera are dead... well 'til next time, keep fit and have fun!

Today Loren took me to Canada Place and the building next door was getting blasted! I got to feel the explosion on my feet. It was really cool... I thought so anyways.
Today Reagan and I get our computers and I am so excited! I never had my own computer before so I went out and bought The Sims games... not the new ones but the older ones. They are so cheap now, I got 5 games for around $40!
Sunday is my last day and I am so relived! 9:30-5:00... BREAKFAST!!! Look at the irony, I hate breakfrast... if it wasn't my last day I'd switch shifts with someone but I want to get the heck out of there!
Oh Teleus is giving us a FREE IPOD NANO!!!! This makes me excited as well. AND I got my cell phone re-connected... finally! This is turning out to be a great month for me =]=]=]=]

Well, I finally quit my job... I am very happy about this. =] And I got my WoW Character Sabrey up to Lvl 50! Woot! Only 10 Lvls to go Baby!!!! <--That won't mean much to anyone.... Reagan bought us some computers for home and today I bought The Sims Expansion Packs, that is also exciting. I am still not sure if Zoe is pregnant or not and I am getting a little nervous about it. She better be knocked up!!!!!! I found some names I might name my new puppy= Asta, or Tags. So cute. But I don't know yet, I guess that I have about another month... I hope. This is such an easy way to stay in touch with everyone that I thought I would try it out too :) So to start off I will say that Zoe might be pregnant!!! AND I get to keep one of her puppies!!! I am so excited about this that I can hardly contain myself! I have been trying to think of a name for my littlest baby and it is super hard. I can't have anything with an 'ee' sound on the end. If anyone has sugestions I'll be glad to hear them!
